Tara Cuffney is the founder of Cuffney Law and brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate law to her practice. Licensed in North Carolina, Georgia, and Kentucky, she has guided clients through thousands of transactions with a steady, practical approach.

Her experience spans all aspects of residential real estate, including refinances, resales, new construction purchases, short sales, investor transactions, and NACA loans. Her practice also includes wills, trusts, estate planning, and business formation—allowing the firm to support clients not only in purchasing property, but in protecting what they’ve built and planning for what comes next.

Originally from Wilmington, North Carolina, Tara has a deep appreciation for the meaning of home and ownership. As a working parent raising three young children with her husband, Robert, she understands firsthand the responsibilities families carry—and brings that perspective into every client relationship.
